The Roles and Responsibilities of the ACC

The roles and responsibilities of the Architectural Control Committee are vital to many communities. But with recent changes to statute following the 87th Texas Legislative Session, where the ACC committee fits in the structure of some communities may be somewhat up in the air.

Join Shareholder Leah K. Burton of RMWBH Law as she takes you through the statutory changes, who can now serve on an ACC committee and the roles and responsibilities ACC committee members have in ensuring the success of the community for everyone.

Property Managers and Homeowner Board Leaders are invited to attend this class at no-charge, and will receive a box lunch provided by RMWBH; pre-registration required.

**Business Partner members are also invited to join us on-site to attend the class, however box lunches are only included for manager and homeowner attendees.  Please contact the chapter office for more information.
