"MAGNETIC COMMUNICATION: Are you Attracting or Repelling your Audience?"

In today’s fast-paced, data-deluged world, we have mere seconds to capture an audience’s attention. As if that’s not enough, some well-meaning communicators face a “stacked deck” – widely held stereotypes of lawyers, c-suite executives, perhaps even community association professionals. Hurtling those prejudgments is vital, else our message swiftly succumbs.

The good news? There are techniques, purposeful yet authentic tweaks, we all can employ to more electrify our magnetic field of influence.

RUSS RIDDLE

What do Barney^® the purple dinosaur, Thomas the Tank Engine^® and YOU have in common? All have been served (or are about to be) by Russ Riddle!  Having practiced marriage for over 39 years, law for 32, fatherhood for 29, and now 5 months of grandparenting, Russ is convinced that we must never stop learning and laughing.

His love of levity stems in part from clients that have included Barney^®, Bob the Builder^®, Thomas^®, the voices of Jimmy Neutron^® and Larry the Cucumber^®, as well as scores of who you might categorize as “characters” in the business world.  Russ recently served 4.5 years as a member of the National Speakers Association’s Board of Directors and is a past chair of the editorial committee for SPEAKER Magazine. He’s the author of two books: Lawyer Up – The Smart Way and Persuasive vs. Abrasive – The judges have ruled, as well as the intellectual property manual Corral Your Cash Cow.

He is appropriately known as the “Anomaly at Law®,” for he is down to earth, clearly communicates and lavishes others with levity.

This event is pending approval by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill 1 HOUR of continuing education requirements for the CMCA^® certification.
