Our Presenter Will Be:
Lynne Nash owns and operates Nash Legal Group, PLLC as a full-time Attorney Mediator. She holds a BA in Communication from Texas A&M University, an MA in Conflict Resolution and Restoration from Abilene Christian University, and a JD from Texas A&M University School of Law.
While living in Maryland, Lynne was a member of MACRO and mediated with the Baltimore County Conflict Resolution Center as well as the District Court of Maryland’s Day of Trial mediation program. In Texas she is credentialed in Civil and Family mediation and has mediated disputes in pre-suit, Justice Court, County Courts of Law, and District Court cases, both Federal and State.
Lynne is a member of the Collin, Dallas and Tarrant County Bar associations as well as the Association of Attorney-Mediators. Additionally, she serves as a Board member of the Texas Aggie Bar Association (“TABA”), and the Alumni Advisory Board for the Texas A&M University Communications Department. In 2022-23, Lynne served as President of the Alumni Board of Texas A&M University School of Law. She has received a Super Lawyers Rising Star award and multiple D Magazine Best Lawyers in Dallas for ADR and was recently accepted for membership in the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), an organization which one must be nominated for and vetted before being offered membership. >>>Read More...
