Our Program Topic Will Be:

     "The Runaround Dilemma: Urgent Versus Important"

Efficient time management is key to getting the most out of your day. This program will help you reach your goals by teaching you how to budget your time wisely and effectively—and how to rethink and reprioritize on a moment’s notice.


During this program, attendees will learn:
     • How to increase productivity by being proactive rather than reactive
     • Effective skills to manage multiple priorities
     • How to identify what’s urgent and what’s important
     • Techniques for balancing one’s professional and personal life
     • How to increase confidence in your ability to make and keep commitments



Our Presenter Will Be:

Mark W. Murphy

Mark has more than 24 years of training and consulting experience in the areas of time management, interpersonal / leadership skills and project management. Having lived in both Europe and South America, Mark is a world traveler with a deep understanding and respect for the importance of cultural diversity. This world view enables him to quickly connect and effectively communicate with a wide range of clients, helping them reach solutions that produce results.

Prior to Orchestrate Learning, Mark worked as a senior consultant with FranklinCovey specializing in a number of the company’s leadership training and productivity solutions, including “5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity”, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, “Leadership”, and “The Speed of Trust”. Mark also worked for Inservco Inc. where he provided intercultural training to business travelers, American expatriates and foreign nationals living in the United States. Prior that position, Mark facilitated team building and leadership training for Maxcomm, an international communication products supplier, and worked as a market research analyst for the Bank of Boston in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mark has gained expertise in many different industries, including health care, aerospace, high tech, banking, retail, transportation, and entertainment. His international clients include such names as Puerto Rico Telephone Company, PepsiCo, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and MTV Latin America

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Brigham Young University (BYU) and went on to receive a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology from the BYU Marriott School of Management. He is fluent in Spanish.
