CAI is hosting our fifth annual High-Rise Managers Workshop exclusively for community managers and management companies specializing in high-rise communities. This year we will be in Chicago! What is the workshop?

The workshop is an immersive experience where participants can tour high-rise buildings - from roofs to parking lots - and everything in between. This program is intended to include opportunities for participants to network with their industry peers and business partners, share best practices, problem solve, and benefit from expert presentations on a variety of topics specifically for the high-rise manager. The Workshop is a walking/touring event. Tours will be modified for those unable to walk up/down stairs, etc. Be sure to bring your walking shoes (closed toe, no heels!) and umbrellas.
